Help with the builder
Stuck on an app, a build that failed or a feature that will not behave? Email us with the app's name and what you asked for, and we will help. To start a new app, open the builder.
Billing
Questions about a charge or a Builder Pro subscription that did not switch on: email the address above with the email you paid with and the order number from your receipt, and we will fix it. Please read the refund policy before buying. Your OpenAI usage is billed by OpenAI, not by us.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Builder Pro at any time from Settings in the builder, from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Builder Pro stays on until the end of the paid month.
Feature requests
Tell us what you tried to build and where the builder fell short. The best requests describe the app, not the feature.

Security
If you believe you have found a security issue in the builder or this site, email with "Security" in the subject and we will respond within 48 hours. Please do not post details publicly until we have had a chance to fix it.
