All purchases are final
AI App Builder sells credits: a digital product that is added to your account immediately after payment and used up as the AI generates your apps. Because credits are delivered and usable straight away, we do not offer refunds for any purchase, including:
- the one-time test pack (100 credits, US$0.99);
- Creator and Studio subscription payments, including renewals;
- credits that are unused, partly used or no longer wanted.
When you buy, you ask us to deliver the credits immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started.
Try before you subscribe
The US$0.99 test pack exists so you can try the builder on a real idea before choosing a monthly plan. We recommend starting there.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Creator or Studio at any time from the link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@saiftech.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. The current paid month is not refunded or prorated, and every credit already added stays on your account and does not expire.
Billing errors we always correct
A refund policy is about changing your mind; mistakes are different. We will always put these right:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate.
- Credits not delivered — if a payment succeeded but the credits never reached your account, we add them; if we cannot, we refund the payment.
- Charged after cancelling — if a renewal was taken after you cancelled in time, we refund that renewal.
- Unauthorised charges — contact us straight away and we will investigate with our payment provider.
Email support@saiftech.com within 30 days of the charge with the email you paid with and the order number from your receipt. We reply within two business days.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
