Who we are
No-Code AI App Builder ("the service") is provided by SoftSpring ("we", "us"). This policy covers the service and the website nocodeappbuilder.dev. Contact: support@saiftech.com.
Information we collect
Account
You sign in with a Google account through Firebase Authentication so your Builder Pro plan stays with you. We store your account identifier, email address and subscription status. We never receive your Google password.
Your OpenAI API key
The builder uses your own OpenAI API key. It is stored only in your browser's local storage on the device you use and is sent only to OpenAI. We never receive, see or store it. Removing it in the builder's Settings, or clearing your browser's site data, deletes it.
Prompts and project files
When you ask the AI to build or change something, your request and the relevant project files are sent from your browser directly to OpenAI using your own API key. They do not pass through our servers, and OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing under your OpenAI account.
Projects
Your projects are stored in your browser on the device you build on. We do not receive them unless they are part of an AI request as described above, or you build an APK or AAB.
App builds and signing keys
When you tap Get your app, the app's files, name, icon and version are sent to our build service to produce the APK or AAB, which is then available to download from a link only your account is shown. Your account's signing key is stored encrypted on our server so every build can be signed with it; you can download it at any time.
Purchases
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order: it handles the checkout, your payment details, taxes and invoices. We receive the order ID, the product bought, the price paid, your country and the email used at checkout, which we use to switch on Builder Pro, manage subscriptions and answer billing questions. We never see or store your card details. The payment provider's own privacy notice applies to the data it collects at checkout.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign-in, subscriptions and app builds.
- To process purchases and subscriptions and keep billing records required by law.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that run parts of the service for us: Google Firebase (sign-in and account records), Cloudflare (our server), GitHub (cloud app builds), our payment provider (checkout and billing) and Google Analytics (website statistics, only with consent where required). Each processes data only to provide its service.
Apps you build
Apps you create are yours. Their behaviour, permissions and data handling are determined by what you asked for; their privacy policy is your responsibility. Built apps contain no code that sends data to us.
This website
The site is static. It uses Google Fonts (a request to Google's servers for font files). It and the builder use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, recording page views and product events such as opening the OpenAI key dialog, saving or removing a key (never the key itself), starting a build or viewing Builder Pro; visitors in regions that require consent are asked before any analytics cookie is set and can change their choice via "Cookie settings" in the footer. An app idea you type into the prompt box is stored only in your own browser and handed to the builder when you open it.
Retention
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data by emailing support@saiftech.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service.
