Who we are
AI App Builder is published by SoftSpring ("we"). This policy covers the Android app AI App Builder — No Code App Builder and the website nocodeappbuilder.dev. Contact: support@saiftech.com.
The app
Account
You sign in with a Google account through Firebase Authentication so your credits stay with you across devices. We store your account identifier, email address and credit balance. We do not receive your Google password.
Prompts and project files
When you ask the AI to generate or change something, your request and the relevant project files are sent to our server and forwarded to an AI model provider to produce the answer. Requests are processed to answer you and to enforce credit limits; they are not used to train models and are not sold. We keep short-lived logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
Projects
Your projects, screens and data files are stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive them unless they are included in an AI request as described above. Exported projects go wherever you send them.
Purchases
Credit packs are sold through Google Play billing. Google processes the payment; we receive a purchase token and the product bought, which we use to add credits and to handle refunds. We never see card details.
Permissions
The builder requests only what the preview needs: camera and location (to preview those capabilities in your apps), notifications (to preview reminders) and network access. Permissions are requested when first used and can be revoked in Android settings.
Advertising and tracking
The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party tracking. Firebase provides sign-in and crash reporting; crash reports contain device model, OS version and a stack trace, not your projects.
Apps you build
Apps you create and export are yours. Their behaviour, permissions and data handling are determined by what you asked for; their privacy policy is your responsibility. Exported apps contain no code that communicates with us.
This website
The site is static. It uses Google Fonts (a request to Google's servers for font files). If analytics is enabled it uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation; visitors in regions that require consent are asked before any analytics cookie is set and can change their choice via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Links to Google Play carry campaign tags so we can see which pages lead to installs; they contain no personal data.
Retention
Account and credit records are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days. Crash reports are kept by Firebase for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data by emailing support@saiftech.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
