1. The service
AI App Builder ("the app") generates Android application projects from your descriptions using AI, previews them on your device and exports them as source code. The website provides information and guides. SoftSpring ("we") provides both.
2. Your account
You need a Google account to use the AI features so that credits can be attributed to you. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; do not share or resell accounts.
3. Credits and purchases
AI generation consumes credits as described on the pricing page. New accounts receive free credits, which we may change for new sign-ups at any time. Credit packs are purchased through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Purchased credits do not expire; free credits may. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
4. Ownership
What you make is yours. You own the projects, screens and exported code the app produces from your prompts, and you may use, modify, distribute, sell and publish them without restriction or attribution. We claim no rights in your apps. The app itself, its native shell templates and the website remain ours; the shell code included in your export is licensed to you perpetually and royalty-free for any use as part of your apps.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the apps you build and publish: their content, their compliance with laws and store policies, their privacy policies and their behaviour toward users. Do not use the app to create software that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, that deceives users, that distributes malware, or that harasses or harms people. We may suspend accounts used in these ways.
6. AI output
Generated code and content are produced by an AI model and may contain errors. Review and test what you build before publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated apps will be accepted by any app store or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the AI service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change models, limits and features. If we discontinue the AI service we will give reasonable notice; your projects and exports remain on your device and continue to work.
8. Warranties and liability
The app and website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
